How do I request a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of billing. Email us at support@waitlistos.com with subject 'Refund Request' and your account email. We process all refunds within 5 business days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

My waitlist isn't showing up. What do I do?

Make sure your waitlist is set to Active in your dashboard settings. If the issue persists, contact us.

Can I change my plan?

Yes — go to Dashboard → Billing to upgrade or downgrade anytime.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@waitlistos.com with subject 'Delete Account'. We'll process it within 2 business days.
