Refund Policy

We stand behind Waitlist OS. If you're not satisfied within your first 7 days of a billing cycle, we'll refund you — no questions asked.

7-Day Refund Window

We offer a full refund for any billing charge within 7 calendar days of the charge date. This applies to monthly subscription charges for both the Launch ($7.99/month) and Growth ($10.99/month) plans.

The 7-day window begins on the date your card is charged — either your initial subscription date or your monthly renewal date. Each billing cycle has its own independent 7-day window.

After the 7-day window has passed, charges for that billing period are final and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@waitlistos.com with the following:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Your account email address
  • The charge date you are requesting a refund for
  • Optionally: any feedback about why you are requesting the refund (this helps us improve)

You do not need to provide a reason to qualify for a refund within the 7-day window.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your refund request, we will review and process it within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the charge (credit card, debit card, etc.). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period that was refunded, and your account will then be downgraded to the Free plan.

Exceptions and Limitations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Charges more than 7 days old
  • Partial months or partial billing periods
  • Charges for periods during which the account was suspended due to a Terms of Service violation
  • Free plan usage (there is nothing to refund on a free plan)

We do not issue prorated refunds for downgrading between paid plans mid-cycle. If you downgrade from Growth to Launch, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

In cases of extenuating circumstances not covered by this policy, please reach out to us — we handle all cases individually and will do our best to be fair.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds reverse a past charge. A refund request also cancels your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings at waitlistos.com/dashboard/billing.
